Cost

We are a free clinic, primarily serving low-income and homeless patients living in Clallam and Jefferson counties.

The OPCC medical clinic provides primary care to patients in Clallam and Jefferson counties who cannot find or afford a doctor.

Dental

  • OPCC relies on volunteer dentists, hygienists and dental assistants to provide services to patients, regardless of their insurance coverage or ability to pay.
  • Dental operates on a sliding fee scale so proof of income is necessary (you will only be charged for services rendered while with a dentist based on where you are on the sliding fee scale)
  • Most of our dental patients are on a "by donation" basis and may be asked for a $10.00 donation when seeing a dentist
  • For patients who do not have Medicaid dental coverage and earn more than 138% of the federal poverty level, OPCC provides dental services on a sliding scale, based on income. sliding scale monthly income sheet (PDF, 201 KB, 1 page)

OPCC does not decline services for an inability to pay.

OPCC does not charge fees for office visits, however, we ask that patients donate as they are able. Also, many diagnostic tests, outside procedures, and referrals are NOT free. It is your responsibility to inquire ahead of time about fees.

Medication Refills

1. If you are also receiving medications somewhere other than OPCC, with the exception of a prescription written from an Emergency Room visit, we may discontinue refills for your medications.

2. When picking up a last refill on a medication, please call and ask your pharmacy to send us a refill request and call us to schedule an appointment.

If you have not been seen in a year or longer, OPCC will withhold refilling prescriptions until you make an appointment with us. You will be notified once we receive a refill request from your pharmacy and the provider has informed us that they would like to see you. Failure to make or come to this appointment may result in further delay of your medications.

Please be aware of the dates and make sure to get in any medication refill requests taken care of in advance to avoid a delay in medication approval. Holiday Closures

Please Notify OPCC if any of the following occurs:

  • Change in Pharmacy
  • Change in Address
  • Change in Phone Number
  • Change in Insurance
